already completed the qualification level that you are seeking.
Active Duty PA’s, SO-PA’s or
SAO-PA may sign as well. If the task

officers associated with the task may act as a verifying officer.
Q.
How are oral boards conducted?
A. Usually via telephone.
Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) systems such as SKYPE are usually
utilized.
Q.
If a person has significant experience in Public affairs, can
she/he become a Public Affairs specialist without completing the required
training and PQS’?
A. Yes.
That person should send a resume of his/her experience, education, etc.
in PA to the Deputy Chief of Public Affairs.
If found qualified, BC-ANT will schedule an Oral Board.
Assuming the person completes the Oral Board satisfactorily, the letter
to the appropriate DIRAUX will indicate that the courses, etc. have been waived
